Hey. What’s up? I’m Jackie Tobey (she/her).

I’m passionate about providing healing services to self-identified healers and creatives of all kinds - therapists, writers, and more.

I approach the work of healing and therapy as “good trouble” (thank you, Mr. Lewis) and enjoy connecting with clients who identify as LGBTQ+, BIPOC, or belong to any group or lifestyle that has been “othered.”

I am authentic, open, intuitive, and collaborative. I actively engage clients in their process of growing from intake to termination, and grow from their feedback. I am invested in supporting every client to develop a deeper awareness and connection to self and others; a sense of empowerment and purpose; and the skills necessary to adapt and expand a healing life/practice.

This work continues to inspire me to live as I teach, so I do my best to spend my time mindfully, doing what I value and what gives me rest and rejuvenation. Variety is the spice of life, so on any given day you might find me with loved ones doing active things like yoga, bicycling, or traveling; or chilling out on the couch solo crocheting, knitting, coloring, reading, or writing. Either way, I’m probably listening to music and daydreaming of being at a concert.

Keep scrolling if you’re interested in the ol’ fashioned degree and certifications stuff. I’m happy to tell you more about my journey - just ask.

Healing manifests positive radical change within individuals, systems, and cultures.

The people you care for are served when you care for yourself.

As wellness providers, we routinely direct our healing energy outward to help others gain clarity and create lasting change for themselves. Finding balance is a challenge, and our needs change often as we progress through our careers and lives.

When healers are doing the work of healing ourselves, we welcome a clarity of heart, body, and mind. That clarity empowers us to live fully in the present, with a mindful connection to our true self and our sense of purpose, giving us the fuel for intentional creativity, intuition, and action in our lives and in the lives of those connected to us.

You deserve your healing energy, too!
